I liked its location, it is in the middle of the city, it is close to the marquet and some restaurants and I liked the receptionist who was at our check-in, very friendly and always smiling.

Really don't like surveys. Feel as if owners and management of a resort should have foresight to know what quality service and appearance should be. Liked yr facility and had pleasant conversation with front desk personnel.

Smiling staff at reception as well as the housekeeping. This was the huge difference from all other Motel 6s I stayed. The hangers were very easy to use, contrary with all the other Motel 6s.

The location was great, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and professional. I never heard noise from neighboring rooms, only sometimes when people were walking by outside. Shower was always hot. It was all we needed for a festival weekend.

Bed and pillows were great. The pillows had structure; they werent feathery soft that they would lose shape. I may have slept on the best pillows at a hotel/ motel. The room was away from the main road facing the forest, which I had requested, and it was perfect. No street/traffic noise. Super cooling AC. It was on when we arrived. The room didnt get the sun directly during the day, so it wasnt hot. The nights were cool enough, we really didnt need to use it. Floors were not carpeted. Clean sheets, clean room. Good shower head pressure. Great location. Walking distance from a couple of restaurants/cafes. Short drive from attractions and more restaurants.
